Yes. You can create Revolut Business invoices as long as you have a Revolut Business account, including Basic, Grow, Scale and Enterprise plans.
Your Revolut invoicing options can vary a bit depending on whether or not you have a Revolut Merchant account. Merchant accounts are useful for businesses which want to take payments from customers directly by card - rather than through a platform like Amazon or eBay - but they’re not needed by all businesses¹.
Bear in mind that this guide focuses on Revolut’s invoicing feature which is intended for Revolut Business customers only. Not sure which Revolut account is right for you?

Using invoice numbers on all your invoices is important for tracking and reconciliation. You’ll need to use sequential invoice numbers to keep track of issued invoices and relate them back to the payments you receive.
With Revolut, the invoice number is automatically populated when you create an invoice. The number can’t be changed, so numbers will be issued in sequence even if you delete an invoice and decide not to send it.
It’s important to include how you would like to be paid - and the payment terms of your invoice - when you issue it. You’ll be able to choose how you want to get paid, depending on your Revolut account type and preference. You won’t need to manually add in your details once you’ve selected the payment method, as Revolut Business does it automatically as part of setting up the invoice.
You can download any invoice in PDF format, by simply logging into Revolut and going to the invoices tab¹⁰. Just follow the prompts here to create your copy and save it to your records.
