Mission Update

Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.

April - June 2026

Discover what’s new since March as we work toward min fees and max speed across the world.

How we are saving customers £23 million

We’re on a mission to build the best way to move and manage the world’s money. That means full transparency about fees, while constantly working to lower them so you keep more money in your pocket.

The result? An estimated £23 million back where it belongs — with you.¹

Cheaper transfers across the world

Sending money to India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, Israel and Malaysia now costs less.²

Lower card top-up rates

Topping up your Wise account with a debit card? Users in Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK will pay fewer fees.

Sending Australian dollars to an Australian bank? It’s free.

More Australians are using Wise as their everyday account — using and moving money locally and abroad. Because of this, we’ve gotten rid of fees on same-currency transfers.

In 2024, it cost 1.23 AUD to send Australian dollars to an Australian bank. Now, it’s 100% free.³

77% of transfers are now instant

Whether you’re sending money home to family or paying bills abroad, most transfers arrive in under 20 seconds. That’s 2% faster than in March this year, thanks to speedier transfers using Swiss francs, Polish zloty, Thai baht and more. Plus, 97% arrive within 24 hours — so you can move money with complete peace of mind.⁴

Big impact, even behind the scenes.

Wise Platform

Wise Platform connects banks, financial institutions and enterprises around the world to Wise's payment systems giving their customers access to money without borders. The best bit? We make it really easy for customers by reaching them where they already are.

Our extended partnership with GoTyme Bank in the Philippines means their 10M+ customers can now send money abroad faster and more seamlessly to more than 160 countries, without hidden fees or exchange rate markups.

Customers in Kosovo now have more choice too. Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo became the first bank in the country to go live with Wise Platform, so customers can make faster, lower-cost international payments directly through their bank. Sending money also comes with greater peace of mind. Customers can check recipients’ account details before they send a payment, catching incorrect details earlier. Now it’s easier to see at a glance that their money’s going to the right place. It’s already available for payments in INR, IDR, KRW and CNY, with more currencies on the way.

All this means more people can send money internationally with greater speed, confidence and transparency, through the banks they already use.
