We've lowered some of our fees
This blog post is to update our customers about changes in price and is not a marketing communication.
We regularly review our fees to reflect the real cost of moving your money - so you never pay more than you need to.
The fee for your transfer is based on:
- the currency you're sending from,
- the currency the recipient receives, and
- how you're funding the transfer.
After the latest review in August, fees for some routes got cheaper. You can download this information as a PDF. Learn more about why we do this.

When do price changes apply to me?
We’ll always let you know if and when we change the prices of our fees. The date for these changes depends on where you live, how you fund transfers, and whether the fee is decreasing or increasing.
Price decreases
When we decrease our prices, the change is immediately available for all Wise customers. We’ll do this before notifying you, so that you can start benefiting from the savings as soon as possible.
