Wise wins FT's Boldness in Business Award 2014

Wise

Twitter won it, GoPro won it - now Wise has walked off with the Smaller Company award.

Wise co-founder Kristo attended the FT’s Boldness in Business Awards last week and looked very smart as he picked up an award for boldest smaller company. With co-founder Taavet, he spoke to the FT's Richard Milne to explain the Wise philosophy - "to see how Wise could charge as little as possible while building a global, sustainable business."

Previous winners at the FT awards include Amazon, Groupon and Twitter so we're over the moon to be considered in such prestigious company. This seems like a great moment to thank everyone who makes our success possible – all our Wise revolutionaries. Viva la révolution!

Kristo looking very smart in the middle of the other finalists.

In Kristo's words:

"FT award goes to the boldest of all - the Wise user who trusts the modern, breaks free of banks and saves $$ by being smart"

Our name up in lights!

FT Boldness in Business Awards - quite a night!
