While many of the fees here depend on usage, it’s still worth considering them very carefully to make sure you pick the right package. If you transact in foreign currencies frequently, the foreign exchange fee - applied to card spending and invoices - is very important. This can push up your costs a lot if you deal frequently with overseas customers or suppliers.
If that’s the case you may want to also add in a Wise business debit card, to allow you to spend conveniently in a range of currencies, with no foreign transaction fee to pay, and to receive foreign currency payments conveniently and with low or no fees.

The Pleo card is a debit card. This means that before you can spend you’ll need to add money to your account.
Once you have an active account you’ll be able to view your limits within the Pleo dashboard. Limits are set according to the individual type of transaction and based on factors like account usage. They aren’t blanket limits, so if you need to change the limits on your account, you may want to reach out to Pleo customer service to discuss if this is possible for your specific account.
Pleo Starter and Essential customers can reach customer service by email and chat. Advanced and Beyond customers can also use the Pleo phone service, and the Beyond package comes with concierge support, assisted onboarding and your own customer success manager.
If you’re a Pleo Starter and Essential customer, reach Pleo in the following ways:
Advanced and Beyond customers will be notified of the phone number to call for advanced support when signing up.
