Dreaming of spending your honeymoon in Mauritius? Read on to find out how much it can cost you, what the most popular destinations are and the best time to go.
If you’ve a flight booked with TUI and you need to cancel, read on. We’ve put together a handy guide on how to cancel a TUI flight, including your options when it comes to changing your booking and getting a refund.
The available methods for cancelling a TUI flight depend on what kind of booking you have, and how you originally booked your flight.
If you’ve booked a package holiday with TUI and the flight is part of it, you should be able to use the Manage my Booking facility on the TUI website or app. This is only for holidays booked online, and where the airline you’re due to fly with is TUI Airways.
If you booked your package holiday at a TUI store, or your flight is with another airline, you’ll need to call the TUI customer service number on 0203 451 2688.
If you have a flight-only booking with TUI, you’ll need to call 0203 451 2688 to speak to a Travel Expert about your options for cancelling or amending.
You can cancel TUI flights online if you’ve booked them as part of a package holiday. Here’s what to do²:
Normally, TUI flights are non-refundable³.
However, TUI recently brought in a Flexible Changes Policy⁴ in response to COVID-19. You can read the full details here, but it basically means that you’re free to make fee-free changes to your booking. This applies to flight-only bookings (with TUI Airways) as well as package deals, and it’s applicable for travel between 1st December 2021 and 30 April 2022.
So, if you can’t make your scheduled flights, you can amend them for free rather than having to cancel and lose your money. You can make as many changes as you want, up until 28 days of your departure date.
To amend your flights, have a look in Manage Your Booking on the TUI website - or call up TUI customer services on 0203 451 2688.
