Withdrawing money from an ATM.
Make 2 withdrawals of up to 5000 CZK each month for free per account. After that, we’ll charge 15 CZK per withdrawal. There’s a 1.75% fee on any amount you withdraw above 5000 CZK.

Check you’re paying in the local currency.
To avoid hidden fees, always check you’re paying in the local currency of the business you’re buying from — whether that’s in person or online.
Some merchants may try to charge you in your home currency, then mark up the exchange rate.
Never pay subscription fees.
Recurring fees can get out of control.
So we charge a one-time 100 CZK fee for each card you order on your account (your first one is free). And that’s it.
No spiralling monthly costs every time you add a cardholder.
