Nicola holds a BA Communications and MA Writing, and has worked in international education for many years. In 2015, she worked in the government funded Adult Migrant English Program, where she met many refugees and other migrants from around the world for the first time in her life.

In an attempt to share their stories with the wider public, Nicola subsequently founded New Humans of Australia, a social media project which details the stories of refugees and migrants to Australia.

"I believe stories hold great power to increase both empathy and understanding, and as such I'm delighted to be a part of the Faces of Australia project."

Rashida is a feature writer and copywriter. As a feature writer, her work has been published in some of Australia's leading magazines and newspapers. As a copywriter, she works with brands and small business to create engaging content which connects and inspires action.

She's also the Founder of The Newcomer magazine which profiles successful migrants.

Kurt is a professional Content Creator who has refined his skills over the past 10 years. His innate understanding for marketing and social media, combined with his artistic and technical background, has led him to achieving influencer status in his own right.

Kurt specialises in commercial lifestyle, Fashion and product photography, but his unique eye for perspective alongside his passion for creativity has helped numerous brands, across a variety of different sectors, deliver original and engaging content.
