Smallest Small Print Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Small Print Challenge (the "Promotion").

Before applying, please read these Terms carefully. By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms with Wise Payments Limited ("Wise", “we”, “us”). Failure to comply with these Terms may result in your disqualification, and any prize won by you may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

Promotion Duration

The Promotion runs between 14:00 - 18:00 (GMT) on Thursday 9th October 2025 (the "Promotion Period") at Brick Lane, London. To take part, you must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to participate in this Promotion (“Eligible Participant”), you must: be at least 18 years old; be a resident in the United Kingdom, with a local residential address; not be an employee, ex-employee or an immediate family member of any employee of Wise or any other Wise entity; and not be an employee of any agencies, service providers or auditors of Wise or otherwise be involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Promotion.

Entry Eligibility

Eligible Participants are required to be physically present at the installation at Brick Lane, London during the Promotion Period in order to participate in the Promotion. Each Eligible Participant that visits the installation is only allowed to participate once during the Promotion Period.

How to Participate

To participate in the Promotion, the Eligible Participant must take part in the Promotion activity. Each Eligible Participant is passed a petri dish of rice, sets themselves up at the microscope and has to look for the terms printed on the grains of rice.

No purchase or any monetary contribution is necessary to enter into the Promotion and/or to become eligible for the Prize.

Your participation in the Promotion is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. Wise in its sole and absolute discretion has the right to refuse your application, participation in the Promotion or delivery of the Prize if we suspect that you have not entered the Promotion in a good faith or have breached these Terms. We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms.

Prizes

Prize Voucher: The Eligible Participant who finds a "SMALLEST SMALL PRINT" rice grain is eligible for a £20 Wise voucher.

Prize Flight: The Eligible Participant who finds a "WISE GREEN GRAIN" is eligible for a return flight to Sri Lanka for one (1) person, up to the total value of one thousand five hundred pounds (£1,500).

Prize Merchandise: All other Eligible Participants who complete the Promotion requirements may receive one (1) piece of Wise merchandise of their choice, subject to availability.

Prize Voucher, Prize Flight and Prize Merchandise are referred to, each as "Prize" and together as "Prizes".

IMPORTANT: PRIZE LIMITATIONS

Prizes are strictly limited and subject to availability. Only one (1) Prize Flight will be awarded for the entire duration of this Promotion. Prize Voucher and Prize Merchandise quantities are limited as well.

Even if you complete all requirements correctly, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a Prize. Prizes will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies are exhausted. Wise reserves the right to replace any Prize with another of similar or higher value without prior notice.

Wise makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Prizes, including without limitation, the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose, or the use or consumption thereof or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prizes.

Wise is not and shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of any Prize. Each Prize may be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant sponsors, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize, and Eligible Participants agree to be bound by such other terms and conditions.

Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable, redeemable or substitutable for cash or any other benefit.

PRIZE FLIGHT: ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

The choice of the flight is in Wise’s sole discretion. Any upgrades, additions or changes to the flight are your sole responsibility and you shall bear the costs of such upgrades, additions or changes, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Wise and yourself in advance.

You are responsible for obtaining and holding the relevant visa, as well as any other necessary permissions, approvals, health certificates, insurance required to enter the destination country of the flight at your own cost. Wise has no responsibility to you or to any third-party in case you are not allowed to enter or to stay in the destination country for any reason.

Wise holds no responsibility in case you have a dispute with the company providing flight services or for any other services related to the Prize Flight, for instance, if your flight is delayed or cancelled, or baggage has been lost. All such disputes and complaints must be submitted directly to the entities providing such services. Wise also has no obligation to assist you with the new flight tickets in case you miss your flight for any reason.

How to Claim the Prize

To be eligible for any Prize, participants must show proof of completion of all steps below to on-ground staff for verification:

• Sign the release form
• Complete the Promotion activity
• Follow our Wise Instagram Account - @wiseaccount
• Download the Wise app

Additional requirements:

Prize Voucher: Provide your Wise account details to on-ground staff Prize Flight: Provide preferred flight dates to Wise or the agency running the Promotion within one (1) week of the Promotion Period. If such information is not provided, Wise reserves the right to forfeit Prize Flight.

Wise reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any participant or entry, and retains sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any participant and/or entry. Completing all requirements does not guarantee receipt of a Prize.

Image and Personal Information Use

By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and consent to the use and disclosure of your first name, last name, country of residence and any photographs of yourself taken during Promotion by Wise Payments Limited and its appointed agencies for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication on Wise's social media platforms, campaign homepage, and other promotional materials.

You grant Wise the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, videos, or images taken during this Promotion worldwide and indefinitely, unless consent is withdrawn in writing. All personal information will be processed in accordance with Wise's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

You agree and grant Wise and its affiliates, agents, employees, and assigns, the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to take, use, display, exhibit, create derivative works, and publish photographic images and/or video recordings of your participation in the Promotion. You acknowledge and agree that such images and/or video recordings may be included in whole or in part, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in any media, including but not limited to print, social media, and digital platforms.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, video, or any other media, that may be created in connection with the use of your likeness. You release and discharge Wise from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the images and recordings, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

You agree that no monetary compensation, royalties, or any other consideration will be provided for the use of their likeness.

Third Party Intellectual Property

Wise acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and any other proprietary rights in and to the brands associated with the Prizes offered as part of this Promotion are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of their respective proprietors. The provision of any Prize under this Promotion does not imply any transfer of any intellectual property rights from these proprietors to Wise.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Wise shall not be liable in any way for any direct and indirect losses, damages or expenses arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance of any Prize, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, or any notice that is lost or misdirected.

You agree to release and hold harmless Wise and any of its directors, officers, agents, employees or advisers from any liability, injury, loss, or damage suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly, in connection with your participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance, use, destruction, or misuse of any Prize.

Further, you acknowledge and understand that attending and participating in the Promotion involves inherent and potential risks, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, loss of your personal belongings and other losses. You voluntarily choose to participate in the Promotion knowingly, and voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

Non-disparagement

You represent and warrant that you will not, at any time during the Promotion Period and thereafter, make statements or representations, or otherwise communicate, directly or indirectly, in writing, orally, or otherwise, or take any action which may, directly or indirectly, disparage Wise or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, advisors, or its businesses or reputation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall preclude you from making truthful statements about Wise, its products, as well as statements that are required by applicable law, regulation or legal process.

Tax Implications

Each Eligible Participant shall be solely responsible for any additional government taxes and charges associated with their Prize (as applicable).

General Terms

Wise reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion (subject to applicable law), to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion or amend these Terms without additional notice. If Wise needs to change, suspend, or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotional Period, we will endeavour to announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced.

If Wise has reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud in respect of or in connection with your participation in this Promotion, or any abuse of this Promotion (e.g., attempting to gain an unfair advantage through deception), we may, in our sole discretion, take any legal actions we deem fit.

Participants who wish to contact Wise can do so by logging into their account to communicate via phone, email, or chat.

All decisions made by Wise in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to the eligibility of participants, entries and Prizes, shall be final. Wise shall not be obliged to disclose any matter relating to the Promotion to any participant or third party.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to any brochures, social media posts, emails, push notifications and in-app notifications), these Terms shall prevail.

The applicable customer agreement and such other terms governing the services provided by Wise and its affiliates shall continue to apply to the access and use of such services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

You and Wise irrevocably agree that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
