Chopped Carrot Head Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the "Chopped Carrot Head campaign" (the "Promotion"). By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree with [Wise Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd] (“Wise”) to be bound by and to comply with these Terms. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify you, and any prize won by you may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

Promotion Duration The Promotion runs between 11:00 SGT on 7 November 2025 and 20:00 on 9 November (the "Promotion Period"). To take part, you must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible to win any merchandise or prize, you must be an Eligible Participant (as defined below).

Participant Eligibility

To be an Eligible Participant, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a resident in Singapore, with a local residential address.
• Not be an employee or an immediate family member of any employee of Wise or any other Wise entity.
• Not be an employee of any agencies, service providers or auditors of Wise or otherwise be involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Promotion.

Entry Eligibility - Merchandise and Prize

• Eligible Participants are required to physically be at the Chopped Carrot Head stall at Funan (107 North Bridge Road, Singapore, 179105, Singapore) (the “Booth”) during the Promotion Period in order to participate in the Promotion.
• Eligible Participants must show proof of completion of the relevant mandatory steps detailed below in the Section ’How to Participate’ to the on-ground staff for verification. Upon successful verification, each Eligible Participant shall be entitled to: (a) a Merchandise (as defined below); and (b) an entry for a chance to win a Prize (as defined below). An entry does not guarantee the receipt of a Prize, which is subject to the terms and conditions of this Promotion.
• Each Eligible Participant that visits the Booth is only allowed to participate once during the Promotion Period.

How to Participate

An Eligible Participant must follow all the steps set out below in order to be eligible for a Merchandise:

• Complete the station activities and collect all 3 stamps
• Follow and/or tag the Wise Singapore Instagram account - @wiseaccount.sg
• Show proof of completion of the above steps to the on-ground Wise staff for verification.

To be eligible for a Prize, the Eligible Participant must, in addition to the steps set out above, be the top scorer of the day in the Chopped Carrot Head station. In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the Eligible Participant who achieved the top score first. The time of the score will be determined by the timestamp recorded in the game’s system.

Wise reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any participant or entry, and retains the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any participant and/or entry.

The Merchandise Every Eligible Participant who meets the merchandise eligibility criteria will stand to win 1 unit of Wise-branded merchandise (“Merchandise”). Wise shall determine eligibility for the Merchandise and specific merchandise for each Eligible Participant at its sole and absolute discretion, and subject to the availability of such merchandise.

The Prize There will be a total of three winners, 1 for each day (each, a “Winner”) The Prizes for this Promotion are:

• One (1) flight ticket per Winner, each worth no more than SGD300, in the form of a travel voucher.

Prize Terms

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by Wise (or by an appointed agent on behalf of Wise) no later than 23:59 on 16 November 2025. Winners will be contacted in writing via email, or such method of communication as Wise deems appropriate.

Winners must respond to the Prize notification within 15 days to acknowledge and accept their Prize. Winners must also comply with Wise’s instructions for the collection of their Prize. Wise reserves the right to forfeit any Prize should any Winner fail to (a) respond within the stipulated period; or (b) comply with instructions provided by Wise relating to the collection of the Prize.

Merchandise and Prize Publicity Photos and videos may be taken at and around the Booth. By attending the event, Participants consent to the use of their likeness for promotional purposes, including by way of publication on Wise’s social platforms and campaign homepage. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact our staff.

Further Terms Merchandise and Prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substitutable for cash or any other benefit. Wise reserves the right to replace any Merchandise and Prize with another of similar or higher value without prior notice.

Wise makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Merchandise and Prizes, including without limitation, the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose, or the use or consumption thereof or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Merchandise and Prizes.

Wise is not and shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of any Merchandise and Prize. Each Merchandise and Prize may be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the relevant sponsors, merchants and/or suppliers of the Merchandise and Prize (“Merchandise and Prize T&Cs”). Participants agree to be bound by such Merchandise and Prize T&Cs.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity Wise shall not be liable in any way for any direct and indirect losses, damages or expenses arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance of any Merchandise or Prize, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, or any notice that is lost or misdirected. You agree to release and hold harmless Wise and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly, in connection with their participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance, use, destruction, or misuse of any Merchandise or Prize.

Further, you acknowledge and understand that attending and participating in the Promotion and activities at the Booth involves inherent and potential risks, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, property damage, loss of your personal belongings and other losses. You voluntarily choose to participate in the Promotion and the activities at the Booth knowingly, and voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.

Tax Implications Each Eligible Participant shall be solely responsible for any additional government taxes and charges associated with their Merchandise or Prize (as applicable).

Privacy By participating in this Promotion, all participants consent to Wise using their Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data (name, email address, date of birth and country of residence) for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including contacting and notifying Prize Winners.

If you attend one of our in person events and share your email with us, we'll keep you in the loop with updates on Wise products, upcoming events, career opportunities, and other news. Of course, you can unsubscribe whenever you like.

Wise will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice.

Intellectual Property Unless you instruct us otherwise, you agree and grant Wise and its affiliates, agents, employees, and assigns, the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to take, use, display, exhibit, create derivative works, and publish photographic images and/or video recordings of your participation in the Promotion. You acknowledge and agree that such images and/or video recordings may be included in whole or in part, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in any media, including but not limited to print, social media, and digital platforms.

You agree that these images and recordings may be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, marketing, advertising, and promotional materials related to Wise’s business and future events.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, video, or any other media, that may be created in connection with the use of your likeness. You release and discharge Wise from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the images and recordings, including any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

You agree that no monetary compensation, royalties, or any other consideration will be provided for the use of their likeness.

Wise acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and any other proprietary rights in and to the brands associated with the Prizes offered as part of this Promotion are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of their respective proprietors. The provision of any Prize under this Promotion does not imply any transfer of any intellectual property rights from these proprietors to Wise.

This Promotion is independently organized by Wise and its affiliates. This Promotion is not sponsored by, administered by, affiliated with or endorsed by any other entity, save as explicitly stated otherwise in official promotional materials. Any mention of any brand associated with any Prize is solely for promotional purposes related to this Promotion.

General Terms

Wise reserves the right (subject to applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion without additional notice.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Wise retains the right to change, suspend, or end the Promotion earlier than the Promotion Period end date if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Wise's goodwill or reputation. This may be done on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

If Wise needs to change, suspend, or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotional Period, we will endeavour to announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced, and where possible, we will try to give you notice through email or push notification. Any changes to the Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated.

If Wise has reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud in respect of or in connection with any Eligible Entry, or any abuse of this Promotion (e.g., attempting to gain an unfair advantage through deception), we may, in our sole discretion, take any legal actions we deem fit.

Participants who wish to contact Wise can do so by logging into their account to communicate via phone, email, or chat.

Wise reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend these Terms.

All decisions made by Wise in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to the eligibility of participants and entries, as well as the selection of any Winner, shall be final. Wise shall not be obliged to disclose any matter relating to the Promotion to any participant.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to any brochures, social media posts, emails, push notifications and in-app notifications), these Terms shall prevail.

The applicable customer agreement and such other terms governing the services provided by Wise and its affiliates shall continue to apply to the access and use of such services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

You and Wise irrevocably agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
