We’ve just integrated TransferWise with Facebook Messenger. So if you’re a TransferWise customer, you can send money - and set up rate alerts - without ever leaving the comfort of Facebook’s Messenger app.
Here’s what TransferWise Bot can do.
You can use the bot to setup transfers from the US, UK, Canada, Australia or Europe.
When you’re sending money, it’ll guide you through each step.
Plus, if you get stuck, TransferWise Bot will help you out. It’s helpful like that.
Making regular payments between two currencies? Our rate alerts are a great way to stay updated on the daily exchange rate.
Set up alerts for as many currencies as you like, and TransferWise Bot will send you an update every morning. And when the rate is right for you, you can ask the bot to set up your transfer.
Sending money around the globe from a chat app - what’s not to like?
The TransferWise Bot was built using the TransferWise API.
“Our mission at TransferWise is to bring faster, cheaper, and more convenient international money transfers to everyone in the world. Building the TransferWise bot for Messenger is a great step in that direction
It’s also a powerful example of how our API can be used to seamlessly integrate TransferWise into almost any messaging, bank, or business payment system.”
Scott Miller, TransferWise Head of Global Partnerships
Integrate with our API to make payments seamlessly across more than 600 currency routes globally.
Our flexible, easy-to-integrate API is used by fast-growth companies and marketplaces that want affordable international and domestic payments at any scale.
Over £800 million passes through our system every month and it's used by businesses and commercial banks like N26 and LHV.
