Style Guide

Wise

If the blog starts with a longer introduction paragraph, use bold and italic text for the first paragraph.

For all body copy, use plain text.

For a section header, use H2 (##)

###For any sub-sections titles, use H3 (###)

If the content is divided into sections that don't flow together, use a line to split them. As below. (Created using: ------)

For instance this makes sense in list style articles. Example here.

image

If you use an image, use bold text for the first line directly underneath it.

Make sure you use a line break after the line of bold, otherwise it looks rubbish. You can then continue with your body text.

If you have a direct quote - you can use the quote tool:

This is what a quote looks like. Use (>) at the start of the paragraph to create it.

You can add bullet points by using '-'

  • Example one
  • Example two

You can add numbered lists by using 1. 2. etc

  1. Item one
  2. Item two

No massive paragraphs. If they seem too long, split them up (if possible) at a natural break in the text.
