Getting started
Once you have signed up and your account has been approved, you can access your Partnerize account here. You will always access your Dashboard first, which shows an overview of your activity. If you want to dig deeper into the performance of your campaign, you can always go to 'Analytics', but more on that later.
Manage campaigns
You can access ‘Campaigns’ to be able to see different advertisers you work with and the various campaigns they feature. Wise has 5 campaigns (GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, and JPY). The only difference between these campaigns is the currency in which you will be paid your affiliate commission.
-
If you never had a Partnerize account before and used the Wise sign up form to create an account, your account was instantly approved for one of the campaign based on your currency selection. You can now start using your tracking links!
-
If your existing Partnerize account was added to the Wise network, however, you would need to go to Campaigns and join one of them. As soon as you do that, your account will be automatically approved so go and get your tracking links.
Getting your tracking link
Once your account has been approved, you will receive a welcome email that contains your tracking link. You can also always find it under ‘Tracking’ in your Partnerize dashboard.
Deeplinking
Your original tracking link will always take your readers to the Wise homepage. If you would like to take them to a different page on the Wise website, just copy that page’s URL and insert into the deeplink field.
Here are some handy landing pages for different Wise products
Product | Landing Page |
---|---|
Wise | https://wise.com/ |
Wise account | https://wise.com/gb/multi-currency-account/ |
Wise debit card | https://wise.com/gb/multi-currency-account/ |
Wise Business | https://wise.com/gb/business/ |
Wise Large Transfers | https://wise.com/gb/large-amounts |
This will automatically amend your tracking link to take users to that destination. As you can see in the example below, we have created a new tracking link that takes users directly to our Wise for Business landing page.
Tip: always test out the tracking link to make sure it works and takes users to the page you intended.
Use the shortened link
We always advise to use the shortened link, which you can generate under your tracking link field. This will not only help you avoid placing a long URL into your content, but will also help avoid any of your links being blocked by adblockers that recognise specific patterns in marketing links.
Reporting & Analytics
Once you have started using your tracking link to refer users to Wise, your activity will be tracked into your Partnerize dashboard.
By going to ‘Analytics’, you will access a variety of information about how your campaigns are doing. You can filter this by specific date ranges and the types of data you want to see. Check out this article if you want to learn more about navigating Analytics.
Data shown in the reports:
- Impressions (if you are using banners from Partnerize)
- Clicks
- Conversions (registrations and cross-currency transactions)
What conversions do I get paid for?
When you get a report for ‘Conversions’, you will see 4 different types of conversions:
- registrations
- cross-currency transfers – bank to bank transfers
- borderless transactions – conversion between currencies on user's multi-currency account
- debit card transactions – paying with debit card in a currency different to one held in the account (= auto-conversion)
We only pay commission for cross-currency transactions. They are called: ‘borderless_cross’ and ‘transfer_product_cross’, 'card_cross'
You will see all registrations tracked at 0 commission.
Your overall performance report will show all conversions grouped together. If you would like to see how many registrations and other commissionable actions you have, go to the Transaction Report and download an 'Items report' after selecting the correct data range.
This will then show you a count of how many different conversions you have for the given period, as well as the total commission amount, along with lots of other data like customer type (consumer or business), order value (Wise fee for the transaction) and much more.
Also note, we pay a higher commission for the same actions if the user you referred creates a business account. This is automatically picked up by your tracking, so you can refer both personal and businesss users with the same link.

Getting paid
Once you start referring users to Wise, you will need to add your payment method to collect commission. We approve each conversion within 30 days and add money to your Partnerize account by the 7th of each new month.
Go into ‘Payment settings’ to add your payment method, this can either be your bank account or the Wise account, if you are receiving commission in a different currency to your local one.
Once it is time for your commission payment, you will see the amount appear under ‘Payments’ in your main dashboard navigation. Once the money appears there, you can withdraw it to your bank account.
Partnerize have a minimum withdrawal threshold of $30.
You can also activate self-belling, which will withdraw your commission automatically once you reach a certain amount. You can also adjust the withdrawal threshold in your ‘Payment settings’.
