To cancel a Tesco order on the Android and iPhone app

  1. Open the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app on your phone and make sure you’re signed in
  2. Tap ‘My orders’
  3. Cancel your order and confirm
  4. You should receive a confirmation email from Tesco.

To cancel a Tesco order on desktop

  1. Go to Tesco.com and sign into your account
  2. Select ‘My orders’ and then ‘Orders due for delivery’
  3. Choose the order you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel this order’
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email from Tesco.

How to cancel your Tesco order in the app (iPhone and Android)?

If you prefer using the Tesco app to do your shopping, you might find it easiest to use it to cancel your order too.

Open the Tesco Grocery & Clubcard app on your phone and make sure you’re signed in. If not, you’ll need to enter your username and password, or login however you normally do.

Tap ‘View all orders’ from the navigation menu on the left-hand side. You should be able to see all of your current and past orders, including the one you want to cancel.

Step 3

Choose the order you’d like to cancel, tap ‘Cancel order’ and follow the on-screen steps to complete the cancellation process.

Tesco should send you a confirmation email once your order has been successfully cancelled.

How to cancel your Tesco order on desktop?

Prefer doing things on a larger screen? If so, you’ll probably find it easiest to use your laptop or desktop computer to cancel your order on the Tesco website.

Select ‘My orders’ at the top of the page, and then click on ‘Orders due for delivery’. You should see a list of all your recent orders, including the one you’d like to cancel (and Click+Collect orders too).

Choose the order you want to cancel and click ‘Cancel order’. You’ll then be asked to confirm, and you’ll need to click ‘Yes, cancel order’ to do so.

Tesco should send you a confirmation email once your order has been successfully cancelled.

How long do you have to cancel a Tesco order?
