How the Wise community is connected

As Wise grows we notice something pretty special - our members love sharing the service with friends.

To say thanks, the Wise referral programme was born. Now, you're rewarded if you refer a friend to Wise. We started to wonder how a visualisation of members connected by the programme would look. So we built it. (Using R and Gephi for those interested).

We took a sample of users from 3 countries and mapped them together. Each dot represents a Wise user. Each connected dot is a user they invited (or were invited by). It's amazing to see how the Wise revolution has spread and how our users are connected. Plus it looks pretty cool. If you'd like to see a high resolution version click here.
