Kate joined Wise in 2017 in our People Team. Having done a few different leading roles in the team, she ensures they are clear and supported on how to enable and empower our employees across the world with helping to deliver the best possible Wiser experience. She also leads on entering new markets and expansion from a people perspective and an active Wellbeing advocate. Before joining Wise, Kate worked in People roles across a number of industries including time spent in Consulting at Deloitte.
