So we’re waiving our fees on up to $20,000,000 in donations to them.
And because we don’t mark up exchange rates, that means that 100% of your money goes towards eliminating COVID-19, no matter which currency you donate in.
How your fee-free donation will work.
1. You set up a donation.
Start the transfer in your local currency. You can pay by debit or credit card, or through your online banking.
2. We apply the real rate.
Wise always uses the real, mid-market exchange rate (like the one on Google) for international transfers.
3. The organization gets it all.
With no exchange rate markup, and no fees, your donation reaches the charity completely intact.
Wise is safe and secure.
We're required by law to safeguard your money in a low-risk financial institution. In Europe, we use an account at Barclays; in the US, it's our account at Wells Fargo.
