No. Rather than having physical stores iHerb sells products online then ships them from their distribution warehouses. Shipments destined for Europe are distributed from warehouses located in the United States.¹

In regard to delivery times, iHerb says that orders to Europe have an average transit time of 7 to 14 days, but this can vary.

At the moment they have three couriers available for Irish orders which are FedEx, DPD and DHL Express.²

Do you have to pay customs on iHerb?

Due to EU legislation you do need to pay customs duties on iHerb orders, but because they’re registered in the Import-One-Stop-Shop they’ll take care of the VAT process for orders not exceeding a value of €150. Above €150 you’ll need to liaise with the courier.
