What are the benefits of Invoice Ninja?

If you’re a small business that invoices 20 or fewer clients, Invoice Ninja is a great free of charge invoicing service. On top of this, if you have in-house developers, you can customize the user interface to suit your business needs.

With its high level of automation, banking and transaction synchronization, project and task management tools, it includes many extra features compared to other providers.

Its multi currency support for more than 100+ currencies also makes it ideal for small businesses dealing with international clients.

What are the drawbacks of Invoice Ninja?

So, what are the limitations of Invoice Ninja?

Invoice Ninja’s main disadvantage is that it allows one user only. That’s unless you upgrade to the Enterprise plan, where you’ll be charged extra to add a specific number of users.

A second disadvantage of Invoice Ninja is that the Free and Ninja Pro plans only allow you to invoice a maximum of 20 clients. For small to medium businesses with a larger client base, this forces you to upgrade to the Enterprise plan.

Although Invoice Ninja offers a range of features, it can be difficult to navigate these. If you’re looking for a very simple, straightforward invoicing service, Invoice Ninja might not be your best option.
