Connecting your Wise account and using the money you hold with Wise should be easy and convenient no matter where you are. And so we’ve done just that - wherever you are in the world, you can connect your USD account details to 6,000+ apps in the US! Moving money between Wise and Robinhood, Mercury, Chime and more just got a whole lot easier!

We made this possible by integrating with Plaid’s Core Exchange API. (Psst, we’re also the first international fintech company to do this.) This means that whenever you see a company that uses Plaid to connect your bank account, you can search for Wise and connect your USD account details.

How do I connect my Wise account?

1. Before connecting your Wise account, you’ll need to make sure that you have USD account details. Learn more about getting account details with Wise.
2. Log in to the company’s app or website that you want to connect your Wise account to
3. Go to the payment method screen, choose to add or connect a new bank
4. Search for “Wise” in the list of banks
5. Log in to your Wise account with your email and password
6. Select your USD account

You can manage the applications that you’ve connected your Wise account to at any point from the connected apps section in your Wise account settings on desktop or mobile web.
