However, depending on the transaction type, there may be a fee to pay, and you may need to wait a few days for your money to arrive.

You’ll be able to withdraw your PayPal balance to a Malaysian bank account in MYR - and depending on how your account is set up, you may also be able to link a USD account to withdraw in dollars as well. The process to follow will be the same for both options²:
Your money will normally be available in your bank account 1 business day after withdrawing³. However, withdrawals from PayPal Malaysia can take up to 5 days, depending on the processes your bank uses. If your money has not arrived within 5 days, you’re advised to ask your bank to understand if there have been problems processing your withdrawal.
If there’s any issue with the transfer from PayPal’s side you’ll receive an email explaining the steps you need to take to get your money.
You can withdraw money from PayPal to your linked bank account online or in the PayPal app. Both are pretty simple to do - but with the PayPal app you can manage your money on the move no matter where you are.
The process to follow when you withdraw money from PayPal using the PayPal app is the same as withdrawing online - simply follow the steps outlined above, and use the onscreen prompts to guide you.
