Wise Price Drop Referral Campaign Terms

PLEASE READ THESE PRICE DROP REFERRAL CAMPAIGN TERMS CAREFULLY.

This “Agreement” (these Price Drop Referral Campaign terms together with the documents referred to in it) sets out the terms which govern our Price Drop Referral Campaign (“Price Drop Campaign”). The Price Drop Campaign allows certain Wise registered users to refer their friends to use certain services provided by Wise for an increased referral fee for a limited period of time (30 days).

1. Other additional documents which apply to you
1.1 This Agreement forms part ofOur Referral Terms , which set out the terms which govern our referral program (“Referral Program ”) and this Price Drop Referral Campaign (“Price Drop Campaign ”). Learn about how the referral program works , including how many friends you need to invite, and the conditions attached to the Referral Program.
1.2 This Agreement together with the Customer Agreement, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and the Frequently Asked Questions apply to your participation in the Price Drop Campaign.

2. Price Drop Referral Campaign
2.1. The Price Drop Campaign shall begin on February 15th, 2021 and end on March 20th, 2021 (the “Campaign Period”).
2.2. During the Campaign Period, and subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Wise shall pay you a Price Drop Campaign fee, instead of a Referral Fee under clause 1.1. of our Referral Terms, to your personal bank account (“Price Drop Campaign Fee”) if you meet any Price Drop Campaign requirements for your program.
2.3 The amount of Price Drop Campaign Fee will be expressly notified to the eligible users of Wise via email.
2.4. Clauses 1.2. to 1.6. of our Referral Terms shall apply to users under this Agreement as they do under our Referral Terms.

3. Eligibility
3.1. The Price Drop Campaign is open only to registered users of Wise who have been expressly notified of their eligibility via email.

4. Applicable Law
4.1. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
4.2. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

5. Prohibited Uses
5.1. In order to enter the Price Drop Campaign, and in accordance with our Referral Terms, you may only enter in good faith and for law purposes. In order to comply with this requirement, you may not, among other things:

(a) create more than one account in order to invite yourself;
(b) invite others that have created duplicate accounts;
(c) use alternative contact information to refer yourself or others that have created duplicate accounts;
(d) invite an existing customer of Wise;
(e) invite fictitious persons;
(f) do anything that damages Wise’s brand, goodwill or reputation;
(g) make payments to another user that are not genuine payments;
(h) make a Qualifying Referral if such Qualifying Referral in: (i) any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; (ii) any way is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; or (iii) any way contravenes any other agreements we have with you, including our Customer Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy;
(i) to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); or
(j) to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising either via paid search or any other similar activity, including channels that can damage the Wise brand, goodwill or reputation.
5.2. Any obligation on you not to do something includes an obligation not to allow that thing to be done.

6. Identification Documents
6.1. Wise may require identification documents from you prior to paying the Price Drop Campaign Fee.
6.2. Wise shall not be in breach of this Agreement (nor have any obligation to pay you the Price Drop Campaign Fee) if you do not (in Wise’s sole and absolute discretion) provide the identification documents requested by Wise.

7. Data Protection
You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with.

8. Abuse of the Price Drop Campaign
8.1. Wise has the right to refuse to pay you the Price Drop Campaign Fee if (in its sole and absolute discretion) Wise suspects that you have not entered the Price Drop Campaign in good faith or have breached this Agreement.
8.2. We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Agreement. When a breach of this Agreement has occurred, Wise may take such action as we deem appropriate, including (but not limited to) termination of this Agreement, closing your account(s), closing third party account(s) and suspending the Price Drop Campaign .

9. Limitation of Liability
Wise accepts no liability for any entrances into the Price Drop Campaign which do not comply with this Agreement.
