Wise Platform and Tiger Brokers (Singapore) teams up to bring fast and cheap money transfers to retail investors!

We are excited to announce that Wise Platform has partnered with a leading online brokerage firm Tiger Brokers, to give their customers faster and cheaper international money transfers, available directly in the Tiger Brokers app or website.

From today, retail investors in Singapore funding their investments in selected foreign currencies will be able to directly access Wise’s lightning fast and low cost international money transfers to deposit Singapore dollars into their Tiger Trade account!

This integration makes Tiger Brokers the first Singapore online brokerage to provide international money deposits with no exchange rate markups and full price transparency to their customers.

The Tiger Brokers and Wise partnership was a no brainer - with the importance of speed, cost and convenience - now Tiger Trade customers will be able to deposit foreign currency within the Tiger Trade platform by linking their existing Wise account or, if they don't have one, opening one with Wise. Customers will be able to take advantage of speed with 45% of all transfers globally sent on Wise are instant (less than 20 seconds). Additionally, users will be able to get the real exchange rate and see the fees upfront with no hidden costs. All this is possible thanks to the Wise Platform API.
