Get a Young Explorer card for 6-17 year olds.
How it works

Order a Young Explorer card
You'll just pay a one-off fee for the physical card.
You must be their parent or guardian, and a Wise customer. If you’re not yet, you can set up an account first.

Add money
They'll spend directly from money you set aside — you can add money from your Wise account or an external account.

Set spending limits
Choose how much they can spend and withdraw from ATMs, in a day and over a month.
Freedom to spend like you
Just like the Wise card, Young Explorer works in-store, online and at ATMs worldwide. They can spend and withdraw in the same currencies, at the same rates as you, with age-appropriate merchant controls.
Top-ups in a tap
If they run out of money, you can top up their card — wherever they are, in whatever currency they need. You can also give access to another adult to help do the same.
Shared app access
Give them limited access to your app through their own login. They’ll only see the money you share with them and their own transactions — they won’t see any other part of your account.
You’ll have full control over their spending limits and controls, and will see all of their spending through your view of the app.
