Singapore Tourist Pass - Learn more about benefits, prices, and if it’s worth getting
Visiting Singapore for vacation? Learn more about the Singapore Tourist Pass and if it’s worth it to get one.
We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there are no more Wingstop outlets in Malaysia. If you’re craving that flavour experience, with fresh wings, hand seasoned fries and superior sides, what are your options now that all Wingstop Malaysia locations are permanently shuttered?
While you could pop to a Wingstop in the US, UK or France, checking out Wingstop Singapore is far more convenient, as many TikTok users have testified. And if you’re heading across the causeway or hopping on a flight to Changi, you might get more wings for your money with your Wise card.

It all started so well, back in 2017 when Wingstop announced the plan to open 30 locations in Malaysia. But while Wingstop has a super loyal following, a quick search on Google Maps declares all the locations now permanently closed.
There’s not a lot of information out there to say why - but the outpouring of grief, including online petitions to bring Wingstop back, suggests demand wasn’t the issue. In fact, as we've seen, Malaysians are taking to the skies (and their cars) to hop over to Singapore to get their wing fix, instead.
So far no news on what’s happening with Wingstop Malaysia. Keep your eyes peeled - and in the meantime, let’s console ourselves with the fact that our good friends over the border have enough to share.
Wingstop has been present in Singapore since 2013 and has almost 20 outlets. If you’re feeling lazy to go out, you can also order on GrabFood, Deliveroo or Foodpanda - or get ahead of the crowd by ordering click and collect from your closest location.
You can use the Wingstop location finder to figure out the closest outlet to you. If you’re coming into Changi, check out the branch in Tampines - about 20 minutes from the airport by public transport, or under 15 minutes by Grab if you’re hungry. Coming via Woodlands? Stick in the car for just 25 more minutes to get to Wingstop Sembawang. You won’t be disappointed.
So what about the Wingstop Singapore price and selection?
You can check out the Wingstop Singapore menu before you make your choices, and even use the wings calculator to decide how many pieces to buy. Just enter how many people there are in your party and how hungry you are (starving, right? You’ve come all the way from Malaysia for this!)
If you’re looking for inspiration, the lemon pepper and kecap manis chicken wings or tenders come in for high praise. As do voodoo fries, with ranch, cheese sauce and cajun notes.
What’ll your lunch set you back then?
A classic wings combo is 11.80 SGD for 6 pieces - about 40 MYR - and lets you choose 2 flavours, one side, a drink and one ranch dip. If you’re just mad about the wings and can leave all the sides behind, 6 pieces is 8.95 SGD - about 30 MYR.
Making a trip with your makan kakis? Get a group meal - classic wings for 3 people, including sides and dips, comes in at 36.40 SGD, about 120 MYR. Add in an extra ranch for just a dollar. It might be the best 3 ringgit you spend all day.
Yes! You'll be glad to know that Wingstop Singapore is halal certified. Book those flights and trains, or catch a bus now to grab some of your favourite wings.

Put your Wise card in your pocket before you get on that plane - and you might find your money goes further in Singapore.
Add some money to your Wise card in ringgit and let the card convert to Singapore dollars as you spend, with the mid-market rate and low, transparent fees from just 0.33%. The Wise card is accepted at most places in Singapore which offer contactless - including Wingstop. Plus, you can tap your Wise card on the MRT or bus, to get to your destination cheaper and with no hassle.
If you’re happier with some cash in your pocket, you can also use your Wise card for free ATM withdrawals. Make 2 withdrawals up to the equivalent of 1,000 MYR per month for free, before low transparent fees begin. That’s a lot of savings, and a whole lot of wings.
