You can send money to friends, make purchases, and even like or comment on your contacts' public payments. Many people use it for everyday transactions like paying rent or splitting dinner costs.

If you're wondering about Venmo's international fees, there's a simple answer: Venmo doesn't have any international fees because it doesn't allow you to send international transfers.¹

No, Venmo only works in the US. You can't send an international money transfer to people in another country or use the app while traveling abroad.¹

If you try to access Venmo while you're abroad, you'll get an error message and won't be able to use any of the features.¹

Venmo doesn't charge international fees, but they do have fees for certain domestic services. Here's what you can expect.
