This weekend, in Estonia, the Wise team gathered its five global offices to break a Guinness World Record - the biggest human currency symbol.
To help the global community, we're building our own mini global community. We now have 350 people working on our fairer finance revolution - from 35 different nationalities. That's pretty awesome.
The old record stood at 327, here are 350 Wisers breaking that record:
The Wise team gather twice a year to work on our vision to make finance fairer (as well as hiking through the Estonian forests). Over the past year the team has grown in size 200%, we've opened multiple currency routes, launched in the USA, given the banks a bath and much more.
We now help the Wise community move £500 million a month. Globally (and without the hidden charges).
And it's the Wise community that's helped us get here. The more we are, the stronger we are.
Onwards.
P.S. Want to be part of our next world record? We're hiring.
Wise founders Taavet and Kristo receiving the official record.
