It is easy to receive money with OrbitRemit. If someone abroad sends you money, the funds will arrive in your New Zealand bank account.
Transfers within New Zealand happen almost instantly, whereas those from Australia have a stipulated time of 12 to 24 hours. However, most are usually settled almost immediately.
If sending funds through OrbitRemit, customers must have a bank account to pay for the transfer. Recipients need not sign up for an OrbitRemit account.7
OrbitRemit allows free remittance of all currencies when you send the equivalent of 10,000 New Zealand dollars. For remittances below 10,000 NZD, OrbitRemit charges a nominal fee. Here is a quick table of the fees to expect
