Format SWIFT/ BIC broja
SWIFT/ BIC je kod od 8 do 11 znakova koji identificira Vašu zemlju, grad, banku i podružnicu.
- Bank code A-ZČetiri slova predstavljaju banku. To obično izgleda kao skraćena verzija naziva banke.
- Country code A-ZDva slova predstavljaju zemlju u kojoj je banka.
- Location code 0-9 A-ZDva znaka koja mogu biti slova ili brojevi. Oni kažu gdje je sjedište banke.
- Branch Code 0-9 A-ZTri broja koja specificiraju određenu podružnicu. 'XXX' predstavlja središnji ured banke.
Kada Vam treba SWIFT/ BIC kod?
Ako šaljete ili primate novac iz inozemstva između banaka, osobito ako obavljate međunarodne bankovne transfere ili SEPA plaćanja, od Vas se može tražiti SWIFT kod. SWIFT kod pomaže bankama u obradi transfera iz inozemstva.

Što je SWIFT/BIC kod
SWIFT kod - ponekad se naziva i BIC broj - je standardni format identifikacijskog koda banke (BIC). Koristi se za globalno identificiranje banaka i financijskih institucija. On kaže tko su i gdje se nalaze - vrsta međunarodnog bankovnog koda ili identifikacijskog broja.
Ovi se kodovi koriste kod transfera novca između banaka, točnije za međunarodne bankovne transfere ili SEPA plaćanja. Banke isto tako koriste ove kodove za međusobnu razmjenu poruka.
