India mein bahut saare tourists aur expats aate hain, toh chances hain ki aapko kabhi na kabhi wahan kisi se connect karna pade. India mein international phone call karna bahut complicated nahi hai, par yeh apne desh mein local phone call karne jaisa nahi hai. Kuch tricks aur steps hain jo aapko pata hone chahiye agar aap chahte hain ki aapki call lage. India call karne ke baare mein aur jaanne ke liye padhte rahiye.

How do I call India?

Duniya ke har desh ka alag country code hota hai jo local phone number dial karne se pehle dial karna padta hai. Yeh local phone numbers ko short rakhne mein help karta hai taaki yaad rakhna aasan ho – country codes ke bina, phone numbers har phone user ke liye alag hone ke liye bahut lambe hone padte.

  • India ka country code +91 hai.

Kya India mein koi aur codes hain jinke baare mein mujhe pata hona chahiye?

India mein bahut saare two- aur three-digit area codes hain jo aapko dial karne padte hain, yeh depend karta hai ki aap kis city mein call kar rahe hain. India mein badi cities mein typically two-digit area codes hote hain, jabki choti towns aur suburbs mein three-digit area codes hote hain. India mein call karte waqt aapko milne wale kuch common area codes yeh hain:

  • Bangalore: 80
  • Calcutta: 33
  • Delhi: 11
  • Hyderabad: 40
  • Mumbai: 22

India ke area codes ki poori list yahan mil sakti hai.

Ek Indian phone number ka example

Indian base phone numbers mein area code ko milakar 10 digits hote hain. Agar aap Mumbai mein call kar rahe hain, toh aapko number 022 1234 5678 likha hua dikh sakta hai. Is case mein, agar aap mobile phone se call kar rahe hain toh aapko +91 22 1234 5678 dial karna hoga. Agar aap landline se call kar rahe hain, toh aapko apna international call prefix (iske baare mein neeche aur) dial karna hoga, phir 91 22 1234 5678.

Calling India from a landline

Jab aap landline se kisi foreign country mein call karte hain, toh aap country code se pehle "+" dial nahi kar sakte hain, isliye aap uski jagah international call prefix use karte hain. Yeh aap kahan se call kar rahe hain us par depend karta hai, par kuch common prefixes yeh hain:

UK, Italy, China00
United States or Canada011
Japan010

India mein call karne ke kuch aur tareeke bhi hain jo international call karne se behtar ho sakte hain. Mobile Apps, jaise Whatsapp use karna aasan aur sasta ho sakta hai. Whatsapp mein ek doosre ko free calls kar sakte hain.

Kya India mein phone numbers mein usually voicemail boxes hote hain?

India mein zyada tar telecom providers automatically voicemail boxes provide nahi karte hain, par kuch cases mein, yeh ek service hai jo user ke subscription mein add ki ja sakti hai. Mobile phone users ke paas usually voicemail boxes hote hain ya toh phone manufacturer ke through ya unke mobile carrier ke through.
