Everyday Mobile by Woolworths international roaming allows you to extend your phone's network coverage abroad. All Everyday Mobile plans or prepaid customers will be able to receive text messages with no extra charge when travelling.
For those that want to access the internet, make or receive calls and send texts, then they’ll have to buy an international roaming add-on pack.¹
To be eligible to buy a roaming add-on, you must have an Everyday Mobile plan or prepaid account. There are three international roaming add-on packs available through the app. These include the following¹.

When it comes to the costs of using your phone abroad, it depends on which type of service you have with Everyday Mobile by Woolworths. Specifically, if you are a postpaid customer or a prepaid customer. We’ll break down how these costs differentiate between the two.
For prepaid customers, the international roaming add-ons are purchased up front. The costs of each pack are as follows.¹

Buying an add-on as a prepaid customer means there are no surprises or additional unexpected costs.²
There are no roaming subscriptions available with Everyday Mobile. However, Phone or SIM postpaid customers can choose any of the above international roaming add-ons. They will automatically be added to the next monthly bill rather than paid up front.²

The easiest way to track your usage is via the Everyday Mobile app. You will be able to navigate to the usage screen which will show your data usage and charges, and how many minutes have been used up for making or receiving calls while abroad.²
While we’ve covered a lot so far, there are always more things to keep in mind when it comes to international roaming. Here are three things to keep in mind before you use your phone abroad.
Everyday Mobile uses the Telstra network. This means when you travel abroad and purchase an international roaming add-on, there are preferred networks to which Tesltra has set up roaming agreements with. You can check which networks for your destinations are the preferred provider on the website. While your device will generally automatically find the preferred network by default, sometimes you may have manually configure your phone to connect to the preferred network.³
If you notice that your add-on is not working right after you buy it, you may need to check that data roaming is enabled. You can turn data roaming on in your device setting manually. Similarly, if you want to avoid any excess data charges, you should always turn data roaming off.²
Each customer is limited to only having one pack active at a time. This means you cannot stack packs. There is also a limit of five add-on roaming packs per 30 days and two within a 24 hour period.²
You can contact Everyday Mobile by calling 1300 10 1234 from within Australia. If you are overseas, but do not have an active roaming add-on pack, you can make contact on their website via the live chat function. Live chat is available between 9am to 4:30pm (AEST) Monday to Friday or between 10am to 3:30pm (AEST) on Saturdays. You will need an active WIFI connection.
