It’s free to create a Wise account, and there are never any monthly fees or minimum balances to worry about.
For businesses, it costs a small one-time setup fee of 3,000 JPY to get your own international bank details, which you can use to receive money for free.

Using your debit card
With your own Wise debit card, you can spend in the local currency — wherever you are. It's accepted anywhere that takes Mastercard.
You can spend on your Wise debit card in any currency, and our smart tech will auto-convert it with the lowest possible fee. You'll always get the real exchange rate.
You get two free overseas ATM withdrawals up to ¥30,000 each month. We charge a 1.75% fee on withdrawals over ¥30,000 + ¥70 per transaction after the first two withdrawals.
