From the Manage tab
Select Manage from the main navigation menu.

On the web, click Request a payment. On the app, click on New.

Directly from your contacts
Choose a contact from your Recent contacts, or by clicking on Recipients.
Click on their name, then select Request. If they have a Wise account, you'll see the option to request directly from there. If it's a contact with an account outside Wise, you can create a payment link.
Enter the amount and click Create payment link/Send request.
If you created a payment link, you can share it directly with your company, clients, family or friends. And if you selected a contact from Wise, they'll get notified about your request in an email or push notification.
Note that business payment request links can be single use or reusable, whilst links created from your personal account can only be single use.
Payment request links that are single use, can only receive one payment and will be automatically closed once a payment is received, whilst reusable ones can receive multiple payments and you will need to close them if you want to stop receiving payments.
Once payments are completed, you’ll receive them directly into the account balance of the currency you requested.
How do I check the status of my payment requests?
Go to Manage, then, click on Payment requests. You’ll be able to see all of your active and inactive payment requests.
A pending request that you haven't paid or declined will remain in your account activity for 30 days with a note that says Requires your attention.
How do I know if someone sent me a request?
If you don't have Wise and someone shared a link with you, you'll see the amount, currency and bank details you'll need to send money to. Never pay a request from a contact that you don’t recognise.
If the request was sent directly to your Wise account, you'll receive a push notification and/or an email, depending on your notification settings.
Can I block someone who is requesting money from me?
No, but you can turn off your profile visibility on Wise.
