FAQs
This feature is available to all Wise multi-currency accountholders except those registered in the USA, Canada and Japan. Wise accountholders in the Philippines can only make domestic QRPh and InstaPay QR payments as of now, and won't be able to scan QR codes outside of the Philippines.

Depending on the currency you're paying in and the type of QR payment, the following fees might apply
Conversion fees: Only if there's a currency conversion involved i.e. you're paying in a currency that you don't already hold in your account
Payment fees: An additional fee ranging from 1.2% to 2% of the payment amount may be charged, depending on the country you're making the payment in and the type of QR code you scanned. Exact fees will be displayed transparently in your Wise app
The following exceptions apply:
- Wise accountholders registered in Singapore can make domestic QR code payments through PayNow QR.
- Wise accountholders registered in the Philippines can make domestic QR code payments through QRPh / InstaPay QR
- Brazil - PIX QR
- Hungary - Qvik
- Switzerland - Swiss-QR Bill
