Withdrawing Cash
You can make 2 free withdrawals each month. After that, you’ll pay a fixed fee per withdrawal.
There’s also a variable fee on anything you take out over a certain amount.
The exact fees you pay depend on where your card was issued — it’s usually the registered address on your Wise account.

Changing your PIN
Non-US cardholders can change your pin from supported ATMs. US MasterCard cardholders can change your PIN from the app or web.
The ATM must support PIN changes for cards other than those with the ATM's issuer. This is more common in the EEA and UK.

Checking your balance
The best way to check your balance is on the Wise app or website.
You can check your balance at ATMs as well, but they don't always give you accurate information. You can't check your balance at ATMs if your card was issued in the US.
