Question 1

What level of commission do you pay?

We pay a CPA for each new personal user. There is a standard rate for personal users and a higher rate for business users.

A new user is someone who does not have a pre-existing Wise account and completes a successful cross-currency transaction. This includes money transfers and multi-currency account conversions.

We do not have a cookie window, so you will receive commission no matter how long it takes the user to make their first transfer.

Commission rates can be reviewed once we have enough data on the performance of the partnership and a better understanding of the life-time value of the new users. If the users you drive contribute higher value than the minimum CPA, it will be re-assessed.

How do commission payments work?

We pay all of your earned commission at the beginning of each month, so you receive a payment approximately every 30 days. We approved all of your conversions and then process the payment, which you can then withdraw into your bank account that you specify in the Payment Settings in Partnerize.

You can withdraw your commission payment into a bank account in the currency of your campaign (currently we offer payouts in GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, and JPY) .

If you do not have a bank account in any of offered currencies, we suggest opening a multi-currency account with Wise, which offers local banking details as if you had a bank account in the USA, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore. This way you can add your Wise account details to Partnerize and save on conversion fees. This account can also help you save when working with any other affiliate platform.

How can I promote Wise via my affiliate link?

We work with most partners who have a website or a relevant audience. We don’t work with voucher/discount code websites or affiliate networks.

What if I already have a Partnerize account?

Accepted Answer

If you already have a Partnerize account and would like to join our affiliate program, please drop an email with your Partnerize username at partnerwise@wise.com. We will then add your account to our network and provide you with a tracking link.

Can I promote Wise in any country?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can promote Wise to people in any country. Just make sure you are promoting services that we support.

Question 6

I want to promote different products you offer – how can I do that?

Accepted Answer

You have one universal link which you can use to promote all our products - both for personal and business users. It will automatically detect which account the user signed up for and give you the correct commission.

If you want to make the experience a little more special for your readers, you can create a deeplink to a specific page on the Wise website. You can do that in the tracking link tool in your Partnerize account.

Do you offer a whitelabel?

At the moment, Wise does not offer a whitelabel or payment gateway. However, if you wish to receive payments into your Wise account, you can always recommend that your customers create an account with Wise and send money to your local bank account or your Wise multi-currency account.
