Receiving large amounts
Check pages for your currency to see if there's a limit to After receiving a large amount of money, we may need to ask you about your relationship with the sender, or the purpose of the payment. This is a regulatory requirement for us, and it helps us to make sure that our services are safe for everyone.
You don't need to do anything before receiving large amounts, such as sending documents to us. We review transfers on a case by case basis, so there’s no way to know what information we’ll need until we’ve received the money from the sender.
USD
For account details with a routing number starting with 026:
Personal limit | Business limit | |
---|---|---|
USD limit per transaction and per day | 20 million USD | 50 million USD |
USD limit per year* | 35 million USD | 150 million USD |
