You can update your phone number on your profile. But if you’ve lost access to your phone, your old number, or otherwise can’t log in, don’t worry — here’s how you can change your number.
Open this link and then go to your email inbox — we’ll send you an email to the one registered on your Wise account
Follow the instructions in the email
Once you open the screen to change your phone number, follow the steps. It’ll tell you what we’ll need, such as a selfie with ID and your new number
We’ll send you an SMS to your new number to verify it
If you run into trouble uploading your selfie with ID, you can email it to us as an attachment along with your new phone number (and country code).
It can take up to 2 working days to review your request — we’ll let you know once it’s done or if we need any more information.
