Yes, tracking is a feature that Ria Money Transfer offers. This allows you to check in on the progress of your transfers at any time, so you can see how long it’ll take for the money to arrive. You’ll be able to update your recipient on the estimated delivery date, and get peace of mind when your transfer arrives safely.
The most important piece of information you’ll need to track your transfer is your Ria order number. But how do you find it?
In the mobile app, you’ll find the order/tracking number by tapping ‘Details’ next to the transfer you want to track. If tracking the payment online, you’ll need to select the transfer and scroll down to the Transfer Summary.¹
If you sent a transfer in person from a Ria location, your tracking number will be found on the top-right corner of the order receipt.¹
Although you should only need your order number, you can also track Ria transfers using the PIN or a reference number if you have it.¹
There are two ways you can check in on the progress of your transfer. You can either download the Ria Money Transfer mobile app, or simply login on the Ria website. We’ll walk you through how to do both below.
Here’s how to track your transfer on the Ria website:¹
And that’s it - you’ll see the details of your transfer and its current status.
