This article covers how you can create and send PDF invoices directly from your Wise Business account to help you get paid faster.
You'll need a Wise Business account and account details in at least one currency to start using invoices.
Creating an invoice
From the website, select Request, then Create invoice
Enter the details of your invoice
the currency, invoice number and issue date
who you're invoicing – if you add their email address, we can send your invoice directly to them
the products or services you’ve sold
how you want to be paid and the due date
Preview a PDF draft
If everything looks good, click Create invoice or Create and send invoice
After you've created your invoice, you can share the payment link and download a copy for your records. Both options have details on how the recipient can pay.
Managing your invoices
Here's how you can view, cancel or mark invoices as paid.
From the Payments tab, select Invoices
From here you can filter by paid, due, overdue or expired.
Select the invoice you want to view or manage. From here you can
view invoice details and see if it’s paid, overdue or expired
cancel or mark the invoice as paid
download the invoice and get the payment link
Reconciling incoming payments
If your customer pays by bank transfer, ask them to include the invoice number as a reference. This help us link the incoming payment to your invoice.
Fees and limits for receiving money
Fees
There are no fees from us to receive money, except on USD wire payments and CAD Swift payments. Learn more about what it costs to receive money
Limits
There are no receiving limits except for USD which starts at 20,000,000 USD. Learn more about receiving limits
Card payments
For cards, the fees depend on the card your customer pays with. You can invoice up to 10,000 GBP each transfer in supported currencies. Learn more about getting paid by card
