On the website, click on your business name in the top right corner. In the dropdown, choose Get a personal account.
Mobile app (iOS/Android)
You can also get a personal account via the mobile app. Click on the circle in the top left corner to get to Your account. Once you’re there, click Open a personal account under Other accounts and follow the steps to open an account.
