We’re making some operational changes to improve the way you receive USD. This means we’ve had to issue you new USD account details — these will replace your current details. You’ll need to start using your new details to keep receiving USD without disruption.
Nothing else about your account is changing. The money in your account is always safe and protected.

Why we’re making this change
Our priority at Wise is to offer the best experience possible for our customers. To do this, there are times when we have to make changes to our operations.
Your new USD account details include all the usual benefits you expect from Wise, such as fast transfers and low fees. Plus, your new details will include "Wise" in the bank name on transactions, making it clearer and easier for people to send you money.
We know these changes take time and effort on your part, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
