Every merchant has their own refund policy, so be sure to check the merchant’s website and terms of use. Once the merchant has sent your refund, it typically takes 5–10 working days for the money to arrive in your account. If you’ve been waiting for more than 10 working days, get in touch with the merchant first.
Sadly, we can’t track or see refunds until the money arrives to us. But we’ll always automatically deposit the money directly into the balance it came from when we receive it.
If the transaction is still pending
If you’re expecting money back from a transaction that’s pending, the merchant can:
cancel the pending transaction and the money will return to your account right away.
do nothing and the money will return in 7 days for most payments, or in 30 days in cases such as a booking deposit or hotel reservation.
complete the transaction and issue a refund as a new transaction.
