The payment and electronic money transactions are carried out by the financial service provider of Birleşik Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., which is a licensed institution and supervised and audited by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey ("CBRT"). On the other hand, Wise Payments Limited, registered in England and Wales is acting as an "agency" in this service, which has no license to act as an Electronic Money and Payment Services Institution granted by the CBRT, and any other authorized authority.
How much does it cost to transfer TRY to EUR?

To send money in TRY to EUR, you pay a small, flat fee of 20.82 TRY + 1.05% of the amount that's converted (you'll always see the total cost upfront).
