How do I move my Wise accounts to the same login details?

If you have multiple Wise accounts with different logins, you can consolidate them under a single login by transferring ownership of your business account(s).

You move a business account to your personal login but not the other way around. This process is only for business accounts.

You can only do this on the web. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the business account you want to change login details for.

  2. Go to Team in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select Add team member.

  4. Invite the email address you want to use for your new login. The permissions you select don't matter.

  5. Accept the invite sent to the new email address and follow the steps to join the account as a team member.

  6. Log back into the business account you're moving.

  7. Go to Team and select the team member with the old email address (marked as 'Account owner').

  8. Choose Transfer ownership.

  9. Select the team member with the email address you want to use as your new login.

  10. Select Confirm and transfer ownership. The old email address will be removed from the business account, and any cards associated with it will be permanently deactivated.

You can now access the business account with your new login details and easily switch between them.

Repeat these steps for any other business accounts you want to consolidate.
