For select customers, we’re testing a new and exclusive program that helps you save every time you send more money with us.
Why should I opt-in to the rewards program test?
You’ll be in for a chance to earn fee-free transfers when you send more money with us in a given month, for as long as we run the test.
In turn, you help us design the rewards program for other customers — getting first access to it.
Can I invite people to join the test?
At the moment, we’re not able to add additional people to the test. Only those who have received an email about this can opt-in.
How do I qualify for the reward?
By sending up to, or more than, the amount we’ve specified on your welcome email within a given month.
To check how much you’ve sent to qualify — go to your Activity and add up the amount of the qualifying transfers you’ve made in the given month.
Which activities count towards qualifying for the reward?
Only cross-currency transfers will count towards qualifying you for the reward.
The following activities won’t count:
Same currency transfers, for example: USD to USD
Receiving money into your balances
Conversions between balances
Transfers that have a fee credit or discount applied
Transfers sent from a business account
I won’t qualify for the reward this month, can I opt-in later?
We’ll be running the program for an unspecified amount of time. So if you want to be a part of the test, even for later, you’ll need to opt-in by 30 June.
At the beginning of every month we’ll send an email to the opted-in customers with information on whether the program is continuing, and what the reward threshold is.
Do I need to send the amount all at once?
No. You can qualify by either sending the full amount in one transfer, or by sending multiple smaller transfers — as long as it’s within the same calendar month.
What’s the reward and how do I receive it?
The reward is a fee-free transfer up to 1,000 GBP (or an equivalent amount in your chosen currency). We'll let you know if you qualified for the reward at the end of the calendar month by email. This is when the fee-free transfer will also be automatically added to your account.
Fee-free transfers are single use, and always automatically applied to the next transfer you make with us. We’ll show you how much the discount is when you set up your transfer.
Fee-free transfers are only applied to transfers where you’re sending money — they aren’t applied to conversions between balances.
