When you call Wise, you’ll need to use a temporary contact code. This is a 6-digit number that we give you when you call us from the contact page.
The code helps us match your call to your account. It means you get help from the right team, in the right language — faster. And the person answering your call will already have your info when they answer the phone.
The code expires every 24 hours, so each time you call us, you’ll need to get a new one from the contact page. If you don’t use the right code, or if you save Wise’s number and call us using that, we won’t be able to connect your call.
How do I find the code?
You’ll find the code on the contact page of the Wise website or app. You’ll need to have the latest version of the app to call us from there.
It’s easier to call us from the app, because we’ll add the code in automatically when you tap our phone number. If you get the code from our website, you’ll need to manually type in the code when you call us.
To find the code in the app
Go to Account
Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner
Tap Help, then Call us
Choose the topic most relevant to the problem you’re having
We’ll show you a 6-digit code — keep this in mind, because we might ask you to type it in manually if there’s a problem adding it automatically
