You can pay for your batch by local bank transfer, or from your Wise balances.
Paying by bank transfer
At the final payment step, we’ll give:
The full amount you need to send to us
Our bank details
The payment reference you should use
If you marked your batch as Paid and need our bank details again:
On Home, click on your batch payment
Click on Review batch
Select any transfer from your batch
On the right hand side, click on the 3 dots
Tap View transfer details
Click on Save as PDF — you can use these bank details to send the money to us
If you haven’t marked your batch as Paid:
Go to Home and click on your batch payment
Click on Review batch
Choose Pay for this batch
Follow the instructions to choose the payment method
Once you’ve sent your bank transfer, mark your batch as paid by clicking I have paid. When we receive the money, we’ll pay out the correct amounts to your recipients.
Tip: use your unique batch payment reference (starts with a letter B) when you send money by bank transfer. It’ll help us complete your transfer faster.
Paying from your balance
You can pay for your batch from one of your Wise Business balances. Just choose Your balance as the payment method on the final step.

What are the fees?
There's a fee for each transfer — we’ll sum them up for all the payments in your batch and show you the total fee.
Is there anything else I need to know?
If you create batch payments through Xero and pay via bank transfer, you need to send the exact amount and use the correct payment reference (B-ref). Otherwise, your money will be refunded automatically.
If we’ve offered a Guaranteed Rate (GR) on any of the payments in the batch, make sure you send us the money before it expires. If we don’t get your funds on time, your payments will be sent out automatically at the live exchange rate. We'll deduct the additional fees from the amount we send out to the recipient.
