Mesir memakai IBAN
Perubahan penting akan terjadi di Mesir! Mulai 3 Desember 2020, kami akan mewajibkan semua transfer ke EGP untuk dikirim ke rekening yang diidentifikasi dengan Nomor Rekening Bank Internasional (IBAN), bukan kode bank & nomor rekening.
Hal ini sejalan dengan keputusan Bank Pusat Mesir yang dibuat awal tahun ini untuk memindahkan semua rekening Mesir ke standar IBAN. Setiap rekening bank di Mesir sekarang akan memiliki IBAN sendiri. IBAN Mesir terdiri dari 29 karakter, dan dimulai dengan 'EG'.
Karena itu, detail semua penerima EGP tanpa IBAN saat ini akan menjadi tidak valid sejak tanggal tersebut, dan saat kamu mengirim ke Mesir berikutnya, kamu perlu mengetahui IBAN penerimamu dan membuatnya lagi. Selain ini, tidak ada lagi yang akan berubah.
