You should always know how long your transfer’s going to take. And by telling us when your money arrived, you’ll help us make delivery times more accurate than ever.
Grab your transfer ID, and tell us when your money arrived in your bank account.
Your transfer ID is in the subject line of emails you’ve received about your transfer. You can also see it in your Wise account.
Go to Activity, find your transfer, tap to view, and choose Transfer Details to see your transfer ID.
Log in to your online banking. You should be able to see the date and time your money arrived in your bank account.
