Why are we asking for your help?

You should always know how long your transfer’s going to take. And by telling us when your money arrived, you’ll help us make delivery times more accurate than ever.

We automatically guess your timezone but if the time you provide for your transfer was in a different timezone, please change it in the dropdown menu.

Need help finding these details?

Check your emails for your transfer ID

Your transfer ID is in the subject line of emails you’ve received about your transfer. You can also see it in your Wise account.

Go to Activity, find your transfer, tap to view, and choose Transfer Details to see your transfer ID.

Check your bank account for a delivery time

Log in to your online banking. You should be able to see the date and time your money arrived in your bank account.
